By purchasing from First Classed, you agree to the terms and conditions policy.

When you purchase from First Classed, above all else, we value you, our customer, and want to make your experience with our website the best online shopping experience possible. If something goes wrong with your product, you should always contact us and we will do whatever we can to help. Please read the terms and conditions below that fully outline our policy, and remember, we love your feedback. If you are not happy, tell us so we can improve our services for you.

We therefore recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to you making a purchase from online, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds and returns your rights under the consumer Law.

Purchase Terms:

By selecting an available option, completing the order form and paying the associated fee, You are making a purchase (“Purchase”). When a Customer makes a  purchase, the Customer agrees to abide by the terms of this Agreement and represent and warrant that You as the Customer (i) are at least 18 years of age, (ii) are legally able to enter into this Agreement with First Classed. If You as the Customer do not agree with the foregoing, You may not Purchase the item and all associated accessory parts and materials to Us. This Agreement is deemed to be received by You as the Customer and is effective on the date on which You Purchase (“Effective Date”) and continues until terminated by either party.



Your order will ship via DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other carriers. In most cases, your order will be delivered within fourteen (14) days. We are not responsible for delays in making delivery or failure to make delivery due to causes beyond our control including, but not limited to, acts of regulations of any governmental authority, fire, work stoppages or slowdowns, accident, flood, war, national emergency, courier delays, stock delays, transportation shortages or delays, and shortages of fuel or materials. 



Any item must be returned to the First Classed warehouse prior to any refund being processed. All returns must abide by the terms and conditions on this policy. Circumstances that void refunds for returns:

  • Product is returned without Return Authorization.
  • Product is returned to an unauthorised address and not the return address supplied by First Classed.
  • Product is not faulty.

There is typically a delay between the time your returned package is delivered by the carrier/scanned into our system and the time the contents are verified by our warehouse and your refund is processed. If all return instructions are followed and a refund is due, please expect up to four (4) weeks after your package is delivered to our warehouse to allow us time to receive, inspect, and verify your return and complete your refund request. In most cases, however, your refund will be processed in less time.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. 

If you have not received your refund within the time frame mentioned above, please contact our customer service via email to support@firstclassed.co and we will resolve your query as quickly as possible. 


Customer Service Advice

First Classed Pillows are not designed to restore normal and will not prevent or cure diseases resulting from organic conditions.


Cancellations and Return To Sender

All sales are final. We don't accept cancellation requests for change of mind. Once an order has been processed we cannot cancel or change any items or details as orders are immediately automatically processed to our warehouse.

If you refuse the package or it is Return to Sender (RTS), this action will incur a cancellation fee of $49 USD (flat rate) and will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the items back from the courier at our warehouse. Please note that this can take up to four (4) weeks after your package is delivered to our warehouse to allow us time to receive, inspect, and verify your return and complete your refund. 


Money Back Guarantee Overview

If you received an item that is defective or in damaged condition, please feel free to contact via email to support@firstclassed.co and you will be assisted with our Returns Process.

In taking up this special offer, you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

  • Your request to return is submitted within 45 days of purchase date
  • You must provide us a photo of the item received.
  • Purchase is returned and received at the return address provided to you within 45 days of purchase date. Any (shipping) costs for the purchase or return will be incurred at the customer's expense. First Classed will not refund any shipping costs.
  • Any products damaged as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, are not covered by this return policy.
  • First Classed reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application.


Money Back Guarantee Exclusions

The following reasons are not applicable to the Money Back Guarantee offer;

  • Change of mind
  • Items don't suit your needs. Clear and complete product information is posted online. These items are not intended to cure.
  • Shipping delays. Please note that First Classed is not responsible for shipment delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. Stock arrival date is advised on the product page or email communication. Also, First Classed does not charge shipping fees. 

Money Back Guarantee Additional terms and conditions:

  1. Shipping and handling charges, packaging wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
  2. The customer is responsible for and must pay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to First Classed warehouse.

Limited Warranty 

FirstClassed offers Extended Warranty Plans at the time of purchase. 

Products are warranted against original defects in materials and workmanship for the period of the extended warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase. We provide a one-off replacement of your product. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods failed due to manufacturing faults within the extended warranty period.  

Limited Warranty Exclusions and Limitations

See below warranty exclusions, Terms of Service for details of your rights with respect to use of the Product and related services.

Warranty does not cover the below, and we shall not be liable for costs, damages or repairs incurred as a result of, due to, or from:

  • Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse and/or lack of maintenance.
  • External sources such as weather, water damage
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorised parties or agents.
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lost or stolen products

FirstClassed Manufacturing Warranty does not apply to a Product or part of a Product that has been serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone who is not authorized by FirstClassed, nor does it apply if  the warranty period has expired. 


Any implied warranties relating to your item, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty. This limitation is not allowed by some States and so this limitation may not apply to you.

Your remedy for breach of this warranty is limited to the warranty service described below. We will not be liable for any consequential damages or incidental damages you may incur in connection with your purchase and use of your product.  This limited warranty is not transferable.


 To qualify for Manufacturing Warranty, all the following conditions must be met:

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team. 
  2. You must return the Factory defective Product to FirstClassed warehouse before the Limited Manufacturing Warranty ends or within extended warranty period. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and perfectly clean. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. 

Limited Warranty Additional terms and conditions:

  1. Shipping and handling charges, packaging fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
  2. All returns must be submitted via our Returns Centre, if approved, you will be provided the return instructions. The customer is responsible for and must pay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to FirstClassed warehouse.
